Kaş Lime Soda Apart ACCOMMODATION AGREEMENT

Lime Soda Apart, which is the real and/or legal person to be referred to as Customer in the following articles on one side, and Lime Soda Apart, which will be referred to as Apart in the following articles, is located at Gökçeören neighborhood, Gökseki street, NO:6/2 KAŞ/ANTALYA/TÜRKİYE; hereinafter referred to as the Parties.

These parties; Considering that this contract is an official offer, all the conditions stated below are binding on the parties and cannot be changed by the customer, they have concluded this contract within the following items.

1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT

 

1.1. In accordance with this agreement, Apart is obliged to provide the accommodation service in the Apartment upon the request of the Customer (hereinafter referred to as the 'Service').

1.2. With the signing of this contract (Customer accepts that he has signed this contract by making a reservation for accommodation in the Apartment and/or the services offered by the Apartment), the Customer confirms that he has been informed about the accommodation rules, reservation rules and tariffs in the Apartment.

1.3. When Apart confirms the Customer's request, the Parties will have concluded this contract.

2. FORM OF ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION

2.1. Service reservation can be made by calling +90 532 113 86 74 by the Customer, notifying the reservation, filling out and sending the reservation form on the www.limesodakas.com website, and intermediary websites and hotel availability.

2.2. No reservation will be made without receiving a deposit (withdrawal money) from the customer. If the customer cancels his reservation, the withdrawal money will not be refunded.

2.3. In case the customer wishes to make any changes in the reservation, provided that he complies with the conditions set forth in this contract and fulfills the conditions, he can apply to the apartment by calling +90 532 113 86 74, sending an e-mail to limesodakas@gmail.com or via WhatsApp application +90 532 113 86 He can send a message to the phone number 74.

2.4. Apart will respond to the change request of the Customer according to the availability of the apartment. There may be a payment difference on the dates requested for change. This difference will be paid by the customer.

2.5. There will be at least one customer over the age of 18 in the apartment room. Persons under the age of 18 can stay, provided that they are accompanied by at least one adult.

2.6. The number of people staying in the apartment must be stated at the time of booking. If the number of people notified at the time of booking and the number of people entering the apartment are not equal, the apartment will demand the price difference. If the customer does not want to pay the price difference, the customer will be deemed to have given up on the reservation, the Apart will cancel the reservation and the withdrawal money will not be refunded.

 

3. PAYMENT METHOD

3.1. Payment will be sent to the account numbers that will be transmitted as the payment method of the Customer who will stay in the apartment.

3.2. The customer is obliged to pay the entire fee before entering the apartment. In cases where the customer does not make the payment on time, the customer will be deemed to have abandoned the reservation, the Apart will cancel the reservation and the withdrawal money will not be refunded.

4. PAYMENT RETURN AND CANCELLATION

 

4.1. The full payment must be made 30 (thirty) days before the Customer's cancellation request. 2.3. If he sends it to Apart with one of the methods in the article, the payment made by the Apart within 15 (fifteen) business days following this request, commission, tax, etc. It will be returned to him at a deductible cost.

4.2. In case the cancellation request is made earlier than 30 days from the date of the customer's entry to the Apartment, it will not be possible to refund the entire accommodation fee received from the Customer, and the customer has irrevocably accepted and declared that he has paid this amount to the Apartment as a penal clause. If value added tax is required for penal clauses and other compensations to be paid by the Customer in accordance with this contract, the customer is obliged to pay the applicable value added tax.

4.3. In all refund transactions, commission, tax, etc. by Apart. will be returned to the Customer, deducted from the costs.

5. ACCOMMODATION

5.1. Age and identity of the Customer and accompanying persons will be checked at check-in. The customer accepts, declares and undertakes in advance the legal responsibilities that may arise due to the customer's giving false information. The Customer shall bear the expenses that may arise due to this situation.

5.2. The customer shall pay the price at check-out in case of damage to the items inside during the stay.

5.3. The customer has accepted that he will settle in the apartment at 16:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival and that he will leave the apartment at 10:00 at the latest.

5.4. Pets will not be accepted by Apart. If the customer has pets in the apartment, he/she agrees to pay the fee for 3 (three) days of stay.

5.5. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. If the customer smokes in the apartment, he agrees to pay the fee for 3 (three) days of stay.

5.6. In the event that the Customer violates any article of the contract, the Customer accepts and undertakes to cover any damages incurred by the apartment as a result of the breach.

6. OTHER PROVISIONS

6.1. Adverse weather conditions, strike-lockout, terrorism, military action, flood, fire, etc. Unforeseen circumstances will be considered as force majeure. If such situations occur, the apartment may not continue to serve.

6.2 The Customer accepts, declares and undertakes that the District Courts are authorized for the resolution of disputes arising in accordance with this contract.

6.3. Apart reserves the right to indemnify the material and moral amounts caused by the damages, destructions and/or lost parts caused by the Customer in his room and general areas.

6.4.This contract will come into effect after the Customer makes the reservation or makes the payment, and ends when the Customer leaves the Apartment or withdraws from the reservation.
